Extra seat

$50/month

Prices are per company, with a set number of seats per plan; add more any time. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time. Monthly plans are not refunded; a yearly plan cancelled early refunds its whole months not yet started — billing and refund policy. You pay on Stripe's secure page; no card details are entered on this site.

Before you sign up

What if my area is quiet?

Then you get a short email, or none. We never pad the feed to look busy.

Can I change my zip codes?

Any time, from your portal settings. Coverage changes apply to the next run.

Do you sell my competitors the same leads?

On standard plans, yes — these are public records. Premium billed yearly can hold a whole county so no other engineering firm gets its leads (first come), and an exclusive zip add-on makes a zip yours alone in your trade.

How do I cancel?

From your portal's Billing page, or by email. A monthly plan runs to the end of the paid month, with no refund. A yearly plan ends at the end of the current month, and we refund each whole month not yet started at a twelfth of the yearly price. No notice period, no winback emails.
