What we collect
The account details you give us — name, email, phone, company — your coverage settings, your billing records, and a log of significant actions taken in your account, which exists so we can answer "who changed this?"
What we do not collect
No tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no third-party analytics, and no cookies beyond the one that keeps you signed in. The lead records themselves come from public government sources, not from you.
Who sees it
Us. We do not sell or share customer data. Your coverage settings are never shown to another subscriber.
Your digests are the service you are paying for. Every one carries an unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops the service rather than just the marketing.
Deleting your data
Ask and we delete your account, its settings and its history. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
