What's new

What we have added, newest first.

Warm-ups: a call and email plan for each contact2026-10-03
  • Pick any lead and choose Warm up: you get a short plan of calls and emails, each drafted and scheduled for you, with the contractor's number and the job filled in.
  • You send every email from your own mail and make every call yourself - nothing goes out on its own.
  • Anyone who asks you to stop is never put back on a plan.
Faster, and one email a morning2026-10-02
  • The free address lookup answers about 30 times faster.
  • Everything we send you in a morning - alerts, reminders, building changes - now arrives as one email.
  • Each industry page shows its own numbers and three recent examples from the feed.
  • Rental fleets can start a trial by county instead of typing zip codes.
  • Your leads page remembers the filters you last used.
A site for each kind of work2026-10-02
  • Every industry has its own page - engineering and restoration, construction trades, power rental, insurance inspection, condo management, condo boards and data - saying exactly what it gets and from which records, with live counts.
  • Your portal's menus follow your plan: a rental fleet sees its call list, storm watch and season contracts under Power tools; an engineer sees the route, association letters and calendar under Deadline tools. Your overview shows the same tools as cards.
  • Leads, filters and exports sit in one toolbar, and the whole site works from a phone menu.
A call list, contractor pages and storm pre-staging2026-10-01
  • Today's call list: open jobs, standby generators due service and standby rental contracts, biggest first, with the electrical contractor's number and one-tap outcomes.
  • A page for every contractor: trades, licence and when it expires, every spelling it files under, its jobs, and your team's own notes and contacts.
  • Each power job says what to rent (sized from the permit's kW or amps) and roughly when.
  • Your rate card in every standby generator proposal; who you lose to, by quarter; texts for big jobs; your own generators with service reminders.
  • Storm pre-staging with a map, a hurricane-season contract list, new electrical contractors and licences about to lapse.
  • More coverage: Hialeah, Doral and Coral Gables permits; standby generator permits in Boca Raton, Pembroke Pines and Fort Lauderdale; Fort Lauderdale special events that run a generator.
The electrical contractor first, and every contractor by name2026-10-01
  • On standby generator and power jobs the electrical contractor - the firm that rents or buys the generator - is listed first, even when a general contractor pulled the permit (we find the electrical contractor on the building's other permits).
  • Contractors are listed under the names they work under, including sole proprietors and licensed contractors who pull permits in their own name - with the firm they work for and its number where the state's licence records link them.
  • Standby generator rentals and service are one line: service due, buildings wired for a rented standby generator, and care facilities' hurricane-season rental contracts.
Who to call, where each job stands, and who won it2026-10-01
  • Every lead now shows the contractor to call - phone, business address and licence, from public permit and licence records - in your feed, on the lead page, in the CSV and in your alert emails.
  • Each job says where it stands: open (permit not issued yet), underway, complete or expired - so you call while the rental is still open.
  • Mark a lead lost and say who won it; your lists show what you have won and lost.
  • Power rental: generator leads are now service and rental opportunities with a date - generators due their annual load-bank test, buildings wired for a rental generator, and care facilities' hurricane standby contracts with the facility's main line. Places that only have a fuel tank are no longer listed as leads.
  • Alert emails have their own unsubscribe button, one click, per saved search.
Whole counties, storm alerts and three more cities2026-09-30
  • Cover a whole county with one tick instead of listing its zip codes.
  • Power rental: alerts when a storm's forecast cone, watch or warning reaches your counties, with your generator and fuel sites there; the contractors pulling the most power jobs; and a printable week.
  • Cape Coral, West Palm Beach and Fort Myers permits; nursing homes, large assisted living facilities, hospitals and high-rises as generator sites.
  • Your trial now starts on the feed for your own industry.
A feed for power rental fleets2026-09-29
  • Jobs about to need rented generators, transformers, load banks and fuel tanks: switchgear and transformer swaps, generator replacements, big new services, construction power, fuel tanks and special events - with the contractor on each permit.
  • Every registered generator and fuel site in South Florida and Lee County, for load-bank testing, service contracts and storm fuel.
  • A ready-made rental or standby-service proposal for any of them.
Lead lists, a zip heat map, Slack alerts and Boca Raton's own deadlines2026-09-29
  • Boca Raton's own recertification deadlines on its buildings, and the scheduled buildings our condo forecast did not have - offices and rentals too.
  • Deerfield Beach and Hollywood inspection records now confirm which buildings are done.
  • Named lead lists for your team, a full history on every building (who called, who quoted, notes), and a sort by building size.
  • A heat map of your zips by buildings past due, and alerts straight into a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel.
  • A free condo report with your firm's name on it to send a board you are pitching - ten a month.
Miami Beach's full record, the Keys, and a phone-sized Today page2026-09-29
  • Miami Beach's recertification record back to 2016 and Hallandale Beach's building safety filings now confirm - or flag as missing - their buildings' inspections.
  • Miami Beach Special Magistrate building hearings, and Miami-Dade unsafe-structure hearings back to 2022, appear as leads; repeat cases show on the building.
  • Monroe County (the Keys) condominium buildings are in the forecast.
  • Stalled jobs: permits that expired without a final inspection, in your area.
  • A first-run checklist, quote follow-up reminders, and each contractor's state licence on the rival list.
Building watch, the Miami Beach and Palm Beach records, and more2026-09-29
  • Condo boards and managers can watch their own building for $49 a month: deadlines, what the county and city have on file, the reserve study, permits and any open case.
  • Palm Beach County's own milestone-inspection records now confirm or flag 364 condo buildings; Miami Beach recertification filings are checked as they come in.
  • City of Miami and Miami-Dade unsafe-structure hearings appear as leads the day they are published. Lee County condominium buildings are in the forecast.
  • Your feed shows each building once, with its other records underneath.
  • A 'Today' page for your phone, team results by person, quote follow-up reminders, and compliance calendars management firms can send their boards.
  • Storm mode: after a hurricane, the damage-related permits in your zips, from landfall on.
Annual plans, the data API and ranked leads2026-09-28
  • Annual plans at ten months' price, exclusive zips and extra seats.
  • A 'most likely to hire' sort, alerts when a rival pulls a permit on a building you quoted, and a morning text of the day's best leads.
  • Unsafe-structure hearings and county code cases as leads; Fort Lauderdale and Collier records now confirm which buildings already filed.
  • Building dossiers, condo reports for buyers, and a data API for insurers and lenders.
Territories by city, watchlists and condo details2026-09-26
  • Cover a city as well as zips; watch any building and hear when its status moves.
  • Condo association, management firm and roof age on building pages; reserve-study (SIRS) deadlines for every registered condo building.
  • A quarterly territory report for Premium accounts.
BuildingDue opens2026-09-15
  • Daily recertification and milestone-inspection deadlines for Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, checked against what the county and cities have on file.
